Why should I get a sports massage?
Sports massage is the manipulation of soft tissues (tendons, muscles, ligaments) that focuses on the muscles relevant to a particular sport/activity. There are many benefits of sports massage some physiological and some psychological. These include:

Also do not worry if post massage you feel slightly tender or stiff for 24-48 hours – this is a perfectly normal side effect and will ease.
